- 본 상품은 LIVE 생중계만 시청이 가능하신 상품과 공연의 재방송이 포함 된 상품이 구분되어 있습니다.

- 본 공연은 동일한 계정을 이용한 중복 시청이 불가능하며, 중복 접속 시 재생이 종료됩니다.

환불 정책 :
환불신청방법 : 설정(Setting) > 결제내역(Payment details) > 환불요청(Refund request)

- 공연 시작 하루전인 24.07.12 까지 접수를 기준으로 환불이 가능합니다.

- 라이브를 시청하신 경우 환불신청 여부와 관계없이 환불이 불가합니다.

- 본 공연은 온라인 생중계 공연으로 만 13세 이상 시청 가능합니다. 

- 공연 시간과 러닝타임은 현장 중계 사정에 의해 변경될 수 있습니다.

- PC : Windows 10 버전 / MAC OS 10.12 버전 이상

- 장시간 재생을 위하여 와이파이 환경을 권장하며 LTE 사용 시 데이터 사용은 본인이 부담합니다.

- 영상은 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p품질로 제공되며, 권장사항 이상의 인터넷 속도 환경에서도 가입 중인 통신사의 네트워크 환경 / 데이터 상황 및 기타 외부 네트워크 요인에 의해 영상, 음성에 차질이 생길 수 있습니다.

- 공연 생중계 내용에 대한 보안 유지상 온라인 생중계 화면의 사진 배포, 촬영이나 녹음, 녹화, 라이브 스트리밍 행위를 전면 금지합니다. 라이브 내용을 사진 촬영, 영상 녹화 및 유포할 경우, 민형사상의 책임을 질 수 있으며 녹음 / 녹화된 자료는 삭제 등의 불이익이 있을 수 있습니다.

- 불법적인 티켓 또는 계정 거래 및 배포는 모니터링 되고 있음을 알려드리며, 예매처의 정식 절차를 통하지 않은 구매 및 개인 간의 거래로 인한 피해의 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 주최사 / 주관사 / 예매처 / 플랫폼사에는 책임이 없습니다. 불법 티켓 판매 근절에 협조 부탁드립니다

*Refunds are not available from the day of the performance, '2024.07.13 (Sat)'.

*No separate subtitles will be provided during the live broadcast.

*Subtitles in Korean and English will be available for VOD playback.

Guidelines

- There are two options for tickets: one that allows you to watch only the LIVE broadcast and one that includes VOD playback.

- Viewing with the same account simultaneously is not available, and simultaneous access will terminate playback.

How to apply for a refund :

- Refunds are possible based on requests received by 24.07.12, one day before the performance.

- Refunds are not available after viewing the live broadcast.

- This performance is for viewers aged 13 and older for online live broadcasts.

- The performance time and runtime may change due to on-site broadcasting conditions.

- Browser: Recommended viewing with Chrome version 70 or above / Safari version 10 or above (Internet Explorer is not recommended).

- PC: Windows 10 version / MAC OS 10.12 version or above

- Mobile: Android version 8 or above / iOS version 11 or above

- Network: 100 Mbps or above

- Wi-Fi is recommended for playback; data usage is at the user's expense when using LTE.

- Video is provided in 1080p, 720p, 480p, and 360p quality; however, video and audio quality may be affected by the network environment, data situation, and other external network factors even with internet speeds exceeding recommended requirements.

Security and Guidelines

- Distribution, filming, recording, or live streaming of the online live broadcast screen content is strictly prohibited for security reasons. Legal responsibilities may apply for photographing, recording, and distributing live content, which could result in deletion or other penalties for recorded material.

- We are monitoring illegal ticket or account transactions and distributions. Responsibility lies entirely with the individual for losses incurred through unauthorized purchases or transactions outside formal procedures, with no liability on the part of the organizer, sponsor, ticketing agent, or platform. Cooperation in eradicating illegal ticket sales is appreciated.
